Hunting for coffee with milk in US is beginning to be quite a challenge for a lactose intolerant people like me - especially for someone who doesn't want the sweet coffee. It started with Starbucks and not it has spread like a virus, at least here in California; The Soy milk offered in many coffee places is now very often vanilla flavoured - and there are no other lactose free option!
It puzzles me why they have this (in my view horrible) alternative as the only alternative for those of us who can't handle lactose? After all there is already the option of having vanilla flavour as an add on to all coffees, so why not keep the soy milk plain and then let those who wants vanilla have vanilla? Odd. Odd indeed...
Especially in a country where they always claim the individual's right to his/her own choice.
(And on that topic: There is no way there is competition between airlines, they are all on the same scheme, when all the "low price carriers" are charging exactly the same I get very suspicious. But that is a different discussion.)
