Really angry! Stupid DB!

Now I am REALLY upset!!! I have a subscription with the train company, for a monthly pass. Great. They take money from my account automatically every month. And now the bastards (excuse my language!) have blocked my card!!! Not telling me, just blocking it. And the only way for me to find out?Through ticket control! So now, without explanation, I am in the system as a cheater!!! Of course I am going to go and clear it out but what the h#%%, I shouldn't have to, and I should certainly not have to sit on the train and be embarrassed for something they have messed up.
And I don't want to be in their system regardless, even if the remark is later deleted!!! Grrr

(blogged via mail, I'll be back later to fix line breaks etc)

Updated:

Went to the station to have this checked. Got a billion different excuses for why this has happened:

I made some changes so they needed to change my card. Not true.

There is no automatic payment. Not true.

I changed the bank. Not true.

and so forth it turns out that they for some reason want to replace the piece of plastic that is my card with a new one. The new card didn't show up though, but they just went in and blocked my old. We are talking about a company that knows everything about me; Mail, phone number, address, and even bank details. And yet they have not been able to communicate. So for now I have a 40 EUR fine that I need them to clear for me, plus I will have to pay every train/tram trip until I get my new card sometime next week. Hopefully I can claim the money back from them but i don't know yet. Considering I pay just over 80 EUR each month I will end up having paid almost double this month to them. Upsets me, espeicaly since I'll be away half the month anyhow, without being able to use my card. No wonder I am annoyed.

And really, when they can see in their system that there is a problem from their side, can someone PLEASE explain to me why they can't give me a temporary ticket? I have my ABO, my subscription. Not impressed. Not impressed at all.

Deutsche Bahn. Not exactly knowing the word "Customer Service", right?

But darling, you are in Germany!!! There is no need to be upset, you are just wrong. Bara mindre rätt, men rätt!
